I am very pleased with the service that we received at South Florida Vision this year. The service has improved tremendously since our visit in 2022.Clients are individually greeted when they come in and are treated with respect. Additionally, Steven gave my husband expert advice as he picked out his glasses,
Steve was great helping mom pick out glasses. The staff was great. DR Alex Fuhrer was great too. The owners must give Steve some more help though; he is working by himself and handling everyone and everything excellently. But he deserves a helper. No one can do it alone. Thanks!Revised: I forgot one major thing. The only way to get through to them is to go there because their phones never pick up. I've left many messages that never got a call back and when ine did it was a week later.. Please have a better system for appointments.
Very professional the optometrist was very excellent in her job and the sales lady that took care of me for my new lenses told me about a card I should have had from Humana to help pay for my lenses very happy with the service
