Negative: I wish someone would have explained that my insurance only covered either contact exam or glasses exam, not both because I could have gone to my contacts exam next year (in a week) and my insurance would cover.
Positive: The gentleman checking me in was very welcoming and sweet! What a great first impression. He had a kind demeanor.

I brought in my eyeglasses, which I had purchased at America's Best, for a frame repair. I was assisted by Luge, who was extremely polite and professional. She provided outstanding service in fixing my eyeglasses. I highly recommend America's Best in Coral Springs, FL.
