The class experience was flawless. Nancy’s tone as she gave the commands was clear and precise. The energy in the room was felt as everyone appeared to be in the zone. Wonderful feeling.

Class was very calm and relaxing yet challenging, and you can tell the teacher was very knowledgeable and was able to help everyone. Would recommend if you want a real Pilates movement vs a cardio Pilates experience
As a first timer the Stretch & Restore class was excellent. Great introduction to the Pilates world. The instructor was incredible and helpful.
