Now my older daughter is also seeing a physical therapist to work on balance coordination and overall body awareness....And I see a trainer there so I an be a fit mom! OBA has positively impacted the health and confidence of my whole family. We love all of them!!“

“I love Elev8 pilates! I could not recommend this studio more to anyone who wants to get into pilates. I tried pilates for the first time at elev8 about 2 years and have never once considered going anywhere else.

I’ve taken classes with all of the instructors: Simon, Marta, Deja, and Bettina and I would recommend all of them! The instructors are well versed in their craft and are continuously looking for ways to level up your exercises. I suffered an injury at work a few months ago and all of the instructors encouraged me to come and helped me stay active and work around my injury. After I recovered, they help me build up my strength again.

There’s also an amazing community of people that attend, everyone is so welcoming and friendly.
