“Our 1t visit to Scenthoud. They were recommended by a friend. Our Havanese will soon turn 16 and has been w the same groomer for years. Groomer's has been been dealing w family health issues so it was not easy leaving him of at a new place. Scenthound was so friendly and warm from the moment we stepped in! They kept me update on how he was doing during his grooming. He looked beautiful when I picked him up and! So thankful to them. Would definitely recommend them!“

“I am not really much of a fan of this petsmart due to the parking situation. The parking is free but this plaza/shopping building is too overwhelming. I do like how organized this petsmart is. The workers are very helpful and everything seems stocked. They have sales for kibble topper, by 6 get 2 free I believe. I wish they had a lot more options for puller doggo harnesses.. Other than that, this petsmart is still my local go to.“

The teeth cleaning and grooming are always done to a high standard. I highly recommend this place! My only suggestion would be to include a blow-dry with the membership to make the grooming experience even better.“

“I did a lot of research before choosing a new groomer for our pup, Ruby, and based on reviews I decided to check them out. I sent over her vax history so drop off was easy. I texted a pic of what we wanted her to look like and they did a fantastic job. We got a pic of her as the grooming was wrapping up so we could plan to head over. She was there for about 3 hours total and seemed really comfortable and happy when we got there. They will definitely be our groomer loving forward.“

“i couldn't be more satisfied with this wonderful place. After trying another one I was very skeptical about leaving my dog in one of this hotels. Well it turned out to be the best decision I ever made when I trusted City Bark to take care of my dog for 5 days. They went a and beyond. I had an emergency on a Sunday and even though they do not do admissions in Sunday and considering that I wasn't a returning client Camila and Pablo did and extra effort and took him in. I confirmed how wonderful this place is the day that I took my dog out for a walk and when we returned he was desperate to go inside specially when he saw Alma. he was so happy to see her that I even got jealous. Thank you guys so very much. I would definitely trust my fur babies to you whenever I need it. I am at ease now that I know there is place Trustworthy to leave them in case of an emergency or when my job requires me to work extra hours.“

“Took my boy Moose there for a bath and hair cut, and as Moose is a Bouvier, he is big and hairy, and this particular day he was favoring his right leg which made it hard to get him to stand up which he doesn't like to do anyway. His favorite position is laying down, next least favorite is sitting and worst standing up. But the owner did as good of a job as she could under the circumstances. Price was a little higher than I'm used to but this place has overhead where my usual groomer works from her home. She can afford to charge less. All in all,a good experience for all involved. Will go back!!“
