I have used them twice. Had some hiccups with the way they schedule. But overall the reps who answer the phone are patient and kind and communicate well either way their groomers. Micheal just helped us this last time and our cut and wash was great.
We absolutely love Super Star Mobile Grooming, and especially our groomer, Yurizan! He always does an amazing job with our little Maltipoo, Chia. She gets so excited every time she sees him, which says so much about how great he is with animals. Yurizan is always on time, extremely professional, and consistently does an exceptional job. Chia always looks and feels fantastic after her grooming.
