“Pediatric Associates -Palmetto Bay has made great strides in improving their service, quality of care and wait times. On a recent visit, we were attended to by Dr. Neal and her staff, whom I found to be knowledgeable, attentive and kind. We used to go to West Kendall, but then migrated over to this location after dealing with extremely long wait times. At first, service was average here, but we feel that it has greatly improved since, especially after the pandemic. I have two children here, and our visit today was met with by great nurses, an extremely friendly lab tech, and the doctor herself. Hope it stays this way!“

“This office is excellent! Very clean, efficient, fast and great customer service. They have garage parking for a flat rate of $4. I came in during my lunch time from work to get seen by the doctor because I felt sick and needed a prescription. The receptionist and the other employees were nice, attentive, and fast. I only waited 5 minutes in the lobby waiting area and after I was taken in to a room to see Dr. Villacorta. She was very friendly, cheerful and helpful. A breathe of fresh air I should say as she was easygoing and warm hearted. I was at this location no more than 30 minutes. I will be coming back when needed. “Always a very pleasant experience. No one wants to have their child ill but am glad to have such attentive care. Facility immaculate, friendly personnel.
My only complaint was the referral process. Previously I was always given the referral with a doctor or location to proceed with follow-up. This time I was only given a paperwork with what exams I needed and told to search for the facility myself. This caught me by surprised. My insurance remained the same so I do not know if this is their new process.“

“Excellent medical professionals, it is true you might have a bit of a wait. However, in my experience you usually wait at 90% of doctors offices. Unless you are paying for concierge medical consultations.
With that said,the wait is the expected amount. The care for the patients is exceptional. Dr Taboas has been my son’s pediatrician from day one. Her and Mercy NP are sweet, caring and very knowledgeable.

“I have no idea why they don't get the credit they deserve! I LOVE THIS LOCATION, above all of the pediatric associates locations I've had to visit. I have 6 children coming to this office since they were born. I feel so confident when I call with any concern and they are as concerned as I am. if it merits a specialist visit, it's done. labs, etc. The doctors give you the time of day to listen to your concerns and to address them appropriately. luckily they are affiliated with most specialists and when you access the portal for anything you need, you have it at the tip of your fingers. I don't know why people complain about wait times, phone wait times etc. Everywhere you call, you have wait times! Every doctors office you visit now a days, you have wait times! That's just how it is. But they move very fast and organized in this location. I never have a long wait. Just sit down and look at the beautiful view of the beach and relax. You have a great system when you can do the tele doc and not even go into the office. I do all labs in house. I leave with all of my forms before leaving the office. When my youngest child was born, he was a premie in the middle of the COVID pandemic. I couldn't even find formula. They made sure I had samples and didn't have to go crazy in long lines looking for his formula. The BEST PEDIATRIC ASSOCIATES OFFICE!
