I visited this office a few times as my primary doctor was located there, and also had to do a mammogram and went to urgent care once. The service is very good in general, but the billing/accounting services are incredibly inefficient. I moved away years ago and for some reason, I just got a notice that they tried to bill my insurance (in Dec.2023) for services from 2021! And I previously had to contact them back and forth for approx. 8 months to try to get another bill paid by my insurance, which I was finally able to get resolved once they sent an itemized bill (which should be standard). I am just appalled that the billing process has been so complicated.

when you actually get a person, they are helpful, attentive, and the staff is nice (that's why i gave 2 stars). the problem is, they don't call back, and you can never reach the office. i have lab results pending for 2 weeks - nothing on the app and no one calls back to give me results. i have left 10+ messages with the answering service, and yet, still no reply from the office. even my pharmacy has sent me messages to contact the doctor because they have tried to get a refill but they don't get a reply from the office. again, *when you get in the door or someone calls you* they are good. but it's nearly impossible to get in touch with them. now, it's friday before a long weekend, i'm out of medication, and i don't know my lab results. and after more than 10 messages this week, i'm no closer to any answers or medication. this isn't health. nor care.

When I book appt and ask if they take my insurance and they say "yes" and when I go there is no charge as it's a routine primary care visit. Then I get a bill For the visit for 115 dollars after much investigation / waste of my time, it's becAuse they "take" my insurance but is "not in network" wtf. So be very very careful when u book apt to not only ask if they take your insurance but if consider themselves "in network" as apparently it does not know the same thing to them. I work as a doctor myself and this kind of thing would never be accepted at my own practice.
