As first-time parents, my spouse and I were really concerned when we brought our daughter to the ER recently with her first stomach virus. We felt completely out of our depth and unsure of what to expect. ER doctor, Dr. Watson was incredible—she immediately put us at ease and didn’t dismiss our worries as overreacting. Instead, she listened patiently, reassured us, and explained everything we needed to know about handling a stomach virus. Her empathy and understanding made a huge difference, and we left feeling much more confident about caring for our daughter. I also gave birth here in 2023, and the experience was excellent. The care and attention from the entire team made both experiences smooth and reassuring. Thank you to the staff for being so supportive and making each visit a positive one!
