This is what it is. This is the OG high end brands and more. But know, the aforementioned is the premise for this store. Ok. I had one near me when BM first came to Miami. I never went in. I am in need of guidance right now to achieve MY look best without messing with my skin much. I had such a wonderful experience with Lisa at Bluemercury! I originally stopped in to purchase Chantecaille makeup, but my skin was having a terrible rosacea flare-up and was extremely red and irritated.
Lisa went above and beyond to help me. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to recommend products, actually apply them to my face, and provide several samples so I could see what worked best for my sensitive skin.
What I appreciated most was that she wasn’t pushy whatsoever. She genuinely seemed more concerned with helping my skin than selling me products, which is so refreshing!

I had a wonderful experience with Rebecca today! I went in to check if they had a product. They don’t carry that particular line, but Rebecca pointed me to something similar that I’ve been wanting to try! She told me that today she was offering complementary mini sessions of facial lymphatic drainage, skin care, followed by a light makeup application. Normally I would have declined, but I took her up on it and I’m so glad I did! It was so relaxing and I left feeling like a new person! I very much enjoyed chatting with Rebecca throughout the process. Thank you Rebecca for such a treat!
