We purchased 8 sets of Bertha HVI Accordion shutters in an assortment of sizes in April 2025. We were told it would take 4 weeks. At 2 weeks we were told they were ready to ship!
Evelyn was our contact with Empire. She got us a quote immediately, once we provided the sizes. She was so accommodating when we needed to make some adjustments. Any time we contacted Evelyn she was able to answer any questions we had expediently.
She arranged for the shipping of our shutters as well. We had to change the delivery site and she coordinated that for us as well. The shutters came shrink wrapped and labeled as to which window they were for. The bill of lading was accurate and easy to understand.
The shutters were uncomplicated to install. Empire provides the necessary hardware and the holes were predrilled for easy installation.
There is also an installation video on YOU TUBE by Empire Construction that was very informative!
We would definitely recommend Empire as they produce a quality product and communicate with the customer.
