We have enjoyed working with all of their staff. All of us hear horror stories of friends’ renovation projects and we’re happy to report that our project went smoothly in regards to whatever was in Urban Contractors control.We began our project just after the Surfside tragedy, during the 2nd year of the pandemic, during the supply chain shortage, and while all 3 elevators were being replaced in our building. In spite of all those issues, everyone smiled, showed up on time, and did their job.I am very comfortable in recommending Samuel Fleischer and the Urban Group.

I am a designer who represented a client on. a full condo remodel by Urban Group from planning and permitting, demo down to the studs,and all the way to completion. Working with Sam, his assistant Sabrina, the project manager Keyberling, and all the various crews they brought to the project was a very good experience. They were always professional and responsive. The project is beautiful and my clients are pleased with the results. I would be happy to work with all the people at Urban Group again in the future.
