Plenty equipment, options of classes, helpful staff. Visiting family with us for summer vacation were able to use the facility for small extra charge. They were pleased. Totally worth it.

what really stands out is the variety of equipment. The gym has everything you could need — from free weights and resistance machines to cable systems, kettlebells, battle ropes, and even functional training areas. It’s easy to switch up my workouts and keep things interesting, whether I’m focusing on strength, cardio, or mobility.

I'm new to this gym, but have been going to gyms for many years and I'm very pleased with the variety and condition of the equipment. And there is a nice heavy bag room!, ?
