Unlike other contractors, he doesn't try to circumvent the system by offering a no-permit option with reduced pricing, nor have any requirements on the number of openings for him to do the project.

The project went smoothly. Permit was pulled immediately after deposit and I was able to see it on the city's website. After the promised fabrication period, contractors showed up on time and completed the work in a professional manner. Afterwards, he promptly scheduled and was present for the final inspection with the city inspector.

“I had some pretty severe flood damage to my house and contacted Cher Group on the recommendation of a friend who had used them for a bathroom remodel which was one of the areas affected by the flood damage in my home. Cher did the drywall, ceilings, and painting in several of the rooms that were damaged and I was very pleased with their pricing and service. They showed up when they said they would, did excellent work, and cleaned up after themselves when they left. Additionally, the project manager was regularly checking in by phone/text and in person to inspect the work and ensure I was satisfied.
