We have been going to the same Lenscrafters in the promenade in Coconut Creek now for approximately 15 years. Our motivation is the selection of glasses. These are my new Tiffany glasses. Also. Veilitchka is incredible. She is not only personable, always upbeat and friendly greeting us consistently with a smile and willingness to help us to make eye glass adjustments and give us honest opinions about our selections.

The arm on my glasses broke and I needed a quick fix. Mike was working at the front counter and gladly helped me out. He went above and beyond what I even expected as he not only fixed them, but clean them for me without even asking. Thanks Mike and I'd gladly recommend Lens Crafters as they have great customer service.
