Shurnett was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help me, teaching me how to properly care for my glasses. She was so kind and patient, and made it easy for me to choose my options. On top of that, she was working on Labor Day with such a positive attitude. Truly outstanding service!

I really like some of the staff the works at the vision center
But the Manager is terrible it looks like she woke up on the wrong side of the bed
I purchased a warranty for my glasses and I came for a replacement and she almost had a fit
If I’m entitled for a replacement don’t argue she do it

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for Lily, the optical technician at the Walmart Vision Center located at Hillsboro and 441 in Florida. My recent visit was truly exceptional, thanks to her remarkable professionalism, expertise, and genuinely caring approach.

From the moment I walked in, Lily greeted me with a warm and welcoming demeanor. She was incredibly patient and thorough throughout the entire process, from helping me navigate the various frame options to meticulously taking all the necessary measurements for my new glasses. Her knowledge of the products and her ability to explain technical details in an easy-to-understand way were truly impressive.
