Communication was terrible. Never knew when they were going to show up to work on my lift. Never was given a price so had no idea what the job was costing me until I got the final bill.

After speaking with Capital Marine about on the telephone on Tuesday 10/2/18 about servicing my boat lift they proceeded to scheduled me for an appointment with "Billy" the following Saturday 10/6/18 between 10am-12pm. The appointment was for an inspection and repair quote. They took my name, number, email address and physical address and instructed me to be home during the window given. I proceeded to follow there instructions and missed my daughter's volleyball tournament to attend the consultation. Capital Marine DID NOT SHOW UP...at all.
