I have bought two condos, Spending south of $1 million and use Steve Harrington as my property manager also. Outstanding negotiating, outstanding service, and a LOT of service after the fact in getting set up in this new community. I compare Steve to Jesus: Omniscient, all knowing in real estate matters and appears out of nowhere just when you need him most.You could use another realtor...or you could just go with Jesus.
