Barbara is simply the best! She knows how to handle any situation that may come up! Just the best! Barbara has the experience to draw on allowing her to know what to do in a wide variety of situations. This was super helpful to us because we had some extenuating circumstances: trying to buy a house contingent on selling our existing home. And the house we were selling had some challenges.

But, she knew exactly what to do. She coached us on a what to do to get the house ready for showing. As a result, she had it listed on MLS within 72 hours of us contacting her. We did not think that was possible given we had so much to do.

Agent Amanda Wyatt is the best in the business! I got Amanda's name as a referral from Glen Beck's website. She contacted me right away and made an appointment to see the house I wanted listed. She had already run comps for the area and we decided on a price right away. From the time it was listed to the time of closing, it was just 4 weeks. Amanda was always responsive to my numerous texts and calls. She was part real estate agent and part therapist, LOL. When we had to be out of the house sooner than expected, she actually helped us move and even brought help! Now tell me what other real estate agent would do that for a client? Barbara did a fantastic job selling our home in Bridgewater in Viera. Listed it on a Tuesday and had multiple offers by Thursday!! Professional photographs and an impressive drone video of the interior was over the top!! Overall it was a great experience!!
