My HVAC unit abruptly stopped working. It was installed by Velocity last July. Velocity had a technician to my home that day and the unit is running well. I want to express my thanks to Justin for all of his help.
The technician is a nice person, but the company over charge for the labor. The technician changed a part that had warranty according to them, but charged me $350 for the labor.😱
