We’ve used two other HVAC companies in Tampa over the years before finding Typhoon HVAC, and the difference is night and day. Where the others rushed through visits and left us with vague explanations, the technician here actually crouched down and showed me the failing capacitor he found, explained what it does, and let me decide before replacing anything. Small thing, but it’s exactly the kind of transparency that keeps us coming back.
The service was prompt and professional. The technician arrived prepared, diagnosed the issue quickly, and made sure I understood what needed to be repaired. The system was tested before the job was finished, and everything was working properly.
