I highly recommend John Dungan and his son Jacob at Ability Air.They installed a full house system in my 100 year old house, and I was able to get rid of all my noisy, clunky window units. Plus they installed a UV light in the unit to purify and disinfect the air.John and Jacob are very competent, trustworthy & knowledgeable.But the best part is I really TRUST them. I have experienced this field can be a snake pit of unscrupulous business people, so having them as “My A/C guys” is a big relief.Best,Mercedes Behm.

I have worked with John, and Ability Air and Heat, on several systems in several homes. He is an absolute professional. He has been fantastic with full complete installations, moderate repairs, and basic system maintenance. Him and his company are reliable, great with communication, and very fairly priced. I could not recommend them enough to anybody, big system or small, John and Ability Air will be able to take care of it, and is also a pleasure to work with.

Thought I needed a whole home dehumidifier which would cost thousands. I always get three bids and go with who I thought would do a great job and charge a fair price. This was the only HVAC that told me I don't need one and diagnosed the issue. The rest sent me estimates and didn't care what the issue was. Will definitely use these guys in the future.
