The owners (Hans and Melissa) are an awesome, personable couple. They're down to earth, sanitary / sterile, creative, kind, and it was just an all together wonderful experience. Melissa did my piercings and was knowledgeable on my sensitivity with most metals. I can only use surgical steel or else my skin freaks out. I'm very pleased!
