Bella and Billy are so personable and make you feel like family when getting any new jewls. They make the experience so fun, and talk you through every step, they are also so proactive and answer any question you may have ! So thankful to have found piercers like them!
We took my daughter here to get her ears pierced about a month ago, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and they seemed genuinely excited to help my daughter get her first piercings done. And the lady who pierced her ears was super patient and did an amazing job, it was so fast and (per my kid) barely hurt at all!

I came into Monique’s as a walk in to get my 3rd loves pierced and swap out jewelry in my rook. My piercer was Shayna and she was incredible. I was tossing around the idea of also getting my conch but was so scared of the pain. I talked with Shayna about it and she educated me on the pain levels but at the same time was never pushy about it. I ended up getting it also and am so happy I did. It has the cutest piece of jewelry in it and I’m obsessed with how it all came together. I then had to message her a question about it and she got right back to me! Definitely would recommend anyone looking for a piercing to stop in here 😊
