I've been coming to HEAT YOGA for a little over 10 years. I have been to several dozen other yoga studios in the Pinellas County, Tampa area. HEAT YOGA offers a very serene and peaceful environment that is properly priced and has some of the best yoga instructors I have ever practiced with.Stephanie is still there after over a decade. She has always been very positive, uplifting and polite. There are newer instructors Olivia and Sasha. They are five star Instructors. I've been practicing yoga for 15 years.
