We signed up for the Comfort Club and the level of service has been exceptional. Thomas explained what they were checking out during the semi annual visit and provided a detailed list of items I need to keep an eye on. He also provided an estimate, if we wanted to move forward on the repairs/maintenance. The appointment was during the time we agreed on and I received notifications as the tech was assigned, once they were about 30 minutes away and a cool map on my phone to stay up to date how far away they were.
