My mom was here for over a month and hands down the best place we have been to for rehab. My father ended up needing rehab while mom was still there and they accommodated us by making a room for them to share. Katie in admissions even surprised them when dad arrived that evening with Outback for both of them to celebrate them being back together. We are so thankful for East Bay and the amazing group of people working there! If you need rehab I highly recommend them. The facility is nicer then any facility I have been to and the cleanest too!
Our family has used this facility twice now, and I must say if I could give 10 stars I would. They answered countless questions, and gave great advice and care to 2 of my closest family members. Thank you a million times to the staff, I was very grateful 🩷
The facility is very well run , clean & as a rehabilitation center offers many services & activities. I was called by survey company regarding this facility and stated that separate surveys should be done for this facility as I said above the rehab portion separate from a nursing home offers & has great services available.
Unfortunately my father was sent there not being a rehab candidate and nearing the end of his life but was our only real option. His mental status deteriorated due to an underlying condition and this facility is not equipped with a separate area / specific care for patients with dementia and hospice care.
So it is not really fair for me to rate...read full review
