Based on the reviews, Aviata at Bryan Dairy is a great experience with a clean, well‑kept, and welcoming facility. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the building has a fresh, inviting atmosphere. The therapy room is spacious and really stood out. Residents looked very happy. Heather Haston and her team are simply amazing, providing care from a place of love. Heather is incredibly caring, compassionate, and professional, going above and beyond even taking calls on the weekend to help a family in need. She is extremely personable and gives an excellent tour. The community is highly recommended for anyone needing care and support. There have been great improvements to the staff and the facility as a whole, and people are excited to see even more positive changes.

Shavon has been my direct nurse since the day I was admitted, when she immediately stepped in to ensure I received the proper medications without delay. Shavon is a phenomenal advocate for her patients—she is direct, professional, and remarkably effective at getting things done. This is something that you can ask them for I did not Post it, I would not have Posted anything because I have no respect for Aspire that was the name of the place I was in who ever posted this, it was done as fraud because I have nothing nice to say about that home if I would say anything about it. I believe that the staff needs to be thoroughly checked out watched over they need staff who cares about the patients. The food sucked when I was there, I was served pork several times and I can't eat pork. Raw chicken and my wife saw that. The staff omg. Please, they need to be trained. I can't find the words.
