Excellent service from Robert. Air conditioning wasn’t cooling. Was able to come within a hour, found problem right away. I’ve been using them for years. Always great customer service !

Robert was replacing a water heater at our neighbor's home recently. We began talking to him about water heater replacements and he was very congenial and knowledgeable. We invited him to look at our water heater and upon doing so, he informed us as well as enlightened us on when, how and what the relative cost of replacement may be. We sincerely appreciated his input and plan to contact Broward Factory in the very near future.Please give our thanks to Robert for his expert assistance.

Our air conditioner was not cooling our house...so, we called Broward ,who sent Robert. Robert went right to work to find problem..He found we didn't have coolant...He advised us of the problem, and went right out and did what was needed..Robert is very thorough, personable, and knowledgeable...We have had Broward since 2001 , and we've been happy with their services...
