“This is our second time building a home, and this time we went with Townsley Construction. Building a house in general can be stressful, but Josh and Anne, and the entire Townsley team made this experience great. We are currently 2 months after our move-in /closing date and we absolutely love our home (Hamblin). They have been extremely responsive and reliable with warranty work (which happens with every new home), and it shows that they take pride in their brand and workmanship. Townsley’s used excellent sub-contractors to get the job done, and most of them were not only good at their trade, but friendly and professional. In todays age of building, that was refreshing. I have family/friends that are currently building with other local builders…and I cannot be more pleased with the time frame for completion, craftsmanship, communication and overall experience compared to the nightmare stories I’ve heard from other builders. We chose Townsley as a new builder (out of several other local established builders) because they seemed eager to make your vision come to life, and make the owners happy. We 100% made the right choice and they will be recommended to anyone we know in the future. Townsley will reign over these other builders if they have not already. Get the Hamblin while it’s hot!
