“My wife and I had an issue with the sprinkler system in our yard at our new house. It could have went either way. Savannah came and checked the issue out initially and said she would send someone else out. Stephanie came out and looked at the installation and decided to add a sprinkler head. I was impressed with both Savannahs and Stephanies responsiveness and can do attitude. They did what every Customer Hopes for. TCL DID THE RIGHT THING. As a side note Stephanie has been with Tri County for 29 years (Savannah also for a number of years) and says the owners Todd and Melissa are committed to doing the right thing. At the end of the day it is hard to find folks who talk so highly about their bosses when they are not around. TCL Cares.“

“I’ve been putting off having my tile cleaned for years and I finally took the plunge based on a recommendation. I’m so glad I went with this company because everything about the experience was A+, from our service person John, to the results of the job he did. They did all the tile in my house and I really wish I’d taken a picture before so I could compare the before and after. My tile and grout look brand now on this 17 year old house. Definitely read the bad reviews and WHY people left bad reviews before letting their overall rating deter you. The reasons, to me, weren’t great considering most of them didn’t even have the company do a job for them.“
“Glassing in the bumped-out lanai was a project/dream that has been several years in the making and planning. The Pergola Kings (Magellan Remodeling Services) built a birdcage for us a few years ago. Their design and workmanship regularly garner compliments, while various staff 'talked me off the ledge' a couple of times by simply offering a solution and making it work before they left the site. There was no real thought of going with any other contractor for the glass-in project. The materials and workmanship were tops. The field crew and front office work together - no missed communication. This outfit is that good. My project/quality standards are high and Magellan meets or exceeds them.Service: Remodeling“
