We had a Megan model from Community Builders built on our lot. This home filled our wishes. The build quality is great. The professionalism of Melissa, Jill and Kirk were fantastic.I have recommended Community Builders to others looking for a home. House, pool and screen room are all top notch.

A big thank you to everyone at Community Builders. Completion of the Grace Model took a little over 11 months as promised. On the first visit of their model home, Kirk greeted me and my partner warmly and we met Brittany, Kirk's daughter - This is truly All In The Family. Brittany showed us one model and met up with us at the second. I was pretty much sold prior to getting there. All of their homes had a pool option which was a big draw. I wanted to see their finished product to make sure that it was polished and crisp. It was. The second model - the Grace model had the size and layout we were looking for.
