At end of life they were exceptionally respectful . I wish I could have expressed how impressed I was with the whole experience but I was too sad to have much conversation. “I can not say enough amazing things about this clinic. Despite minor hiccups, I have never seen such professionalism and empathy from a provider in any medical field. My lab went in for surgery and they sent me regular updates during the whole thing including photos. It made me feel so much more at ease at how much they not only cared about my baby but about me. Words can not express my gratitude to Dr.ToTo who I truly believe was put on this planet to be the guardian of animals. Her amazing works means I will fly my dogs from out of state to have her be their vet because of how well she has tested us. Truly one in a million.
