Super friendly person on the phone, one of the owners. We used them for years then used another firm for a repipe but when we needed a service THEY recommended Tender. So I have a long history refreshed today...with super fair and honest work and charges. Recommend.

Re-plumed my home about 5 years ago. Highest quote. Not highest quality.It didn't pass inspection the first time. He grudgingly returned to fix it saying it was not necessary. I later read about why it was necessary to avoid future problems.The under sink and toilet handles are thin plastic and easily stripped.Recently found they installed a drain pipe under my kitchen sink so short it was not attached. I had the plumber who was here on another project fix it.There was another minor problem earlier on that I called and they returned to fix it at no charge. I am in my 40s and I have dealt with my fair share of service providers. I will never in my life allow a monster in my home like the Owner of this company. I was initially shocked at how incredibly rude he was attempting to repeatedly stop me from 1) describing the problem in my home 2) asking if other issues were related 3) asking to explain the PRICE INCREASE and 4) asking what they were going to tear up in my yard & home. In the middle of every question he cut me off saying they needed to get started because they have other jobs to get to. The amount of time I spent asking questions was from 9:05-9:11.
