I recently decided to replace my 18 year old ac/heat pump. Owner Ed Slebodnik came out and examined my current unit which he had originally installed and then gave me several options to consider. He explained the improvements in units since my system was installed and answered all of my questions. He confirmed my choice was size appropriate and energy efficient. He suggested I ask Duke Power for a free energy audit in case there were ductwork or insulation issues I wanted to address before the install. He was knowledgeable about energy rebates and there was no pressure to act. It was like talking to a trusted family member that you could count on for solid truthful advice....read full review
