“I had the pleasure of meeting Kristell while she was a student. I followed her on IG and saw that she was at a great salon. I reached out to inquire about services and she responded right away. Today I had a root touch up and partial highlights done. What a beautiful salon - upscale atmosphere with modern work stations that were all full and very busy. The shampoo bowls and chairs were the most comfy I've ever been in. The front desk greeting was friendly and welcoming. Everyone in the salon had a smile or a positive greeting. Kristell is part of the Rising Star program that is offered at Monaco Salon, which helps new professionals continue to learn from working professionals. She and I had a great conversation about what i was looking for in my hair color experience. She listened closely and asked great questions. She had a conversation with her mentor that didn't require them to include me, she spoke with Kristell and let her proceed as advised. “Update..Kinda long story. I had a wash,trim,and style by Lily before a trip in May. Amazing, sweet,talented lady. We had a serendipitous exchange of commonality and mutual friends. Made the experience even more meaningful. I had surgery right after my trip.I had purchased a surprise bag that I intended to open before returning to work,after surgery. I will be going back to work this coming Wednesday. Today I got my house clean and in order and opened the bag. It was perfect.
