I am writing to share my excellent experience with the recent A/C unit inspection.
I was first contacted by Brandon regarding the scheduling. He was very friendly and took the time to clearly explain the service and associated costs.
The service technician, Dan, arrived as scheduled. He inspected the operation and performance of my unit, both inside and outside. Dan was very friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain each test he was performing.

They did a good job even since it was after 7pm and dark. Their estimated cost a spot on and I feel reasonable and they did the job that was assigned to do and I would recommend them for your HVAC needs good job twin heating and air
Dan did an excellent job in choosing in recommending an appropriate replacement for our ac condenser and air handler. The next day Lazaro brought the new units and replaced the old one within 5 hours. Meticulous install and I will recommend Twin Services for your future needs.
Those who are curious about pricing replacement of existing system, I got 3.5 ton Rheem 15.2 Seer2 rated compressor and air handler for $8000 all included with county permit.
