I am writing this review to introduce a second location of our family owned flooring business. I am giving us a 5 star rating to continue off the 5 star ratings we currently have and have maintained since our opening in 1993. We had an issue with the original flooring we bought. It was defective and Southwest Florida floors fixed the issue after we pointed out the issue. I really appreciated that. It only took an extra week to resolve. Now we have an issue with a section of the new floor not staying connected. We tried to reach out multiple times, but we can’t get a call back. I thought they would stand behind there work. It’s sad because it could be a simple fix.
