Took my 2024 Kia Sportage in for door speaker upgrade with an amp. They got my vehicle in on time and it was done on time. They have done 3 jobs for me and I’ve been nothing but pleased with their work. The owner runs a good business, that treats people right / fair, plus they are family owned. The young man that did my install- KUDOS DUDE! You did an outstanding job. I’m very picky and hard to please but I love these folks. Adopting and sheltering cats is just an added bonus for this place. You all ROCK! Jamie
Had a blown speaker on my truck, called Sound Playground and they had an appointment available next day. Showed up to appointment and both front speakers were replaced in 30 min! Sound quality is great, as well as the warranty. Couldn’t recommend anyone better to do the job. Also, $75-$100 more affordable than quotes I got from 2 other places who couldn’t see me until late next week. Can’t beat going local!
They knowledgeable, and very professional in conducting their business. I'm dealing with them on an Interlock issue and the level of service and genuine care for me is beyond words. And while dealing with my issues I over hear their conversations with there sound clients. It's amazing, you tell them make and model of your car and they don't go to the computer of manual. They dive right into the issue and diagnosis a problem, suggest options etc.
It truly has been a pleasure dealing with Sound Playground and when my Interlock issue is resolved, I'm having them install my new radio system.
