Jeff came out within the hour of a late night call and saved the day. More than fair pricing and very informative. Will be going with this local and professional business for all of my HVAC needs in the future. Called 5 other companies with appointments ranging from next day to three days later. Glad they did’t have any emergency services because i would not have gotten the chance to work with Seven Level Services.
I write a post on Nextdoor actively looking for a new AC service since mine merged . There was an overwhelming amount of responses . Boy did I make the right choice . There’s a gentleman named Kevin who owns the company along with Jeff . Kevin was right on time and he was beyond thorough . He found part of my system that was loose and it could have stopped everything from cooling . He tightened it and repaired it so it will be sturdy . All of this plus knowing that it’s their company and they will do what they can for quality service . Right now they’re having a buy one maintenance get one free . I’m so pleased with Seven Level Services .
Jeff was very knowledgeable and thorough as he preformed preventative maintenance on our AC unit. He explained a few issues that we were having and his attention to detail was extremely helpful. Fantastic work!
