We had Problems with old Concrete Portions and the Seawall on our Property. After many Contractors were trying to sell me different repairs and new products I found Charlie and Kit Garcia.
They were straight up and honest from the very first second telling me what should be done and what can be done but they left the decision to me and my engineers whether then trying to upsell something.

We have hired them again for our Community and we will do so in the Future. If you have foundation or Seawall Problems, these are the right People to take care of your problems. Honest and fair!

I have a 90' seawall on a canal that was built in the late 1970's. After the past few storms I wanted to see what our options were regarding rehabbing and extending the life of our seawall. Kit was recommended to me awhile back and I really appreciated his expertise and insight regarding the issue I was experiencing. He could have sold me a bogus repair like others had tried to but he was honest and told me what would work and what would not work. It has become more and more rare to find such honest people out there. I highly recommend Kit and Seawall Savers if you are looking for someone who has extensive knowledge on the seawalls in our area.

Just completed our seawall repair/rehab with Seawall savers. Job was done on time and under the original quote. Kit was easy to work with and Olivia in the office kept me informed on when the work was going to be completed, she answered all my questions promptly. Great company to do business with in SWFL!
