He took our money and never did the work. Filed a police report but he disappeared. My mother went to Cape Coral city hall to file a complaint and she was told he was a known fraudster. Ultimately he stole over $10,000 plus forced us to spend another $5,000.

Originally we were happy with the enclosure Rick did on our lanai. And then came the rainy season... Consistent leaks! Called Rick twice and he will not return our calls to come and fix the problem. Yes, we called his correct phone number because his voice mail message has his name on it. I gave up and hired another contractor to fix the problem (at additional expense to me, of course).
