By far the best A/C company I've ever had the pleasure to meet. We've lived in SW Florida over 50 years and have had a plethora of A/C concerns and issues throughout our 5 decades. Precision Heating and cooling has by far surpassed all our previous installations and customer service. The owners are hands on and their crew is loyal and true. I had the privilege to meet Jack who answered all my questions and concerns regarding our unit that he cleaned/ and serviced thoroughly. He was exceptionally professional and extremely knowledgeable as he explained and walked me through his recommendations. We would highly recommend their company to address any A/C issues you may have.

Very professional, on time, responsive and they explained everything thoroughly. Pricing was extremely fair and even came in over $100 less than originally quoted. They were even able to respond within a day. Hard to find good contractors but I got lucky this time!!

Joe and his crew were absolutely awesome. He responded to my call and quickly did what he could do to my 16 year old system. He advised that it was time to replace my one unit, but after advising me of the price for one vs the price for two I happily replaced both units and I can’t tell you the difference in my house now. No more hot spots in the house. The units used will save me a tremendous amount of money each month. I never felt pressured to make my decision, he gave me all my options and I made the decision that I am truly happy with.
