Five years ago I tore S1 in my hip. Herniated l4 and 5. Present day a year ago I had an MRI done and it was in degrading condition. I was 265 out of shape.

I looked at several options for non-surgery and this office offers one of the most practical applications to recovery at an affordable price. (Lumbar spinal decompression traction. )
Three times a week. For 9 weeks 12 weeks cuz I missed some.

They walked me through dieting and a three day PT along with traction.
I'm currently weighing in 190lbs

I am now able to have moments of movement that I didn't have before with less pain.

He is also an excellent communicator and educator. During my initial evaluation, he took a thorough history and carefully assessed my bilateral shoulder range of motion, then provided targeted strengthening exercises for me to complete at home.

After two sessions, my range of motion improved significantly, and he appropriately discharged me from care. Based on his detailed evaluation, observation, and clinical assessment, he explained that the underlying issue extended beyond my shoulder pain and was likely related to a significant cervical spine compromise. He recommended that I follow up with my primary care physician for further evaluation and diagnostic testing.
