“I'm in the minority here, but was quite pleased with the service in ER. The staff and Doctor there were Polite, Personable and concerned with my condition. They were even compassionate enough to offer me a heated blanket! I came in to the ER at/or around 1:45-2:00am on 12/22/23, with excrutiating rt shoulder pain, which effected the nerves all the way down my arm to my hands. I hadn't slept for OVER 5 days, ended me cussing a storm, punching and elbowing walls, due to this ailment. The pain was so excrutiating, that I contacted the VA crisis hotline! NO JOKE! I was REALLY PISSED OFF! At first, I was hesitant to go at this facility, due to it's reputation and horrid write ups. Was I wrong and stupid for not doing coming here when this started to occur. TRUE...there are other hospitals, but are to far and who wants to deal with the crazies and drunks at this hour? I know that others disagree with my assessment of this hospital, as their conditions for their visitation might seem a nightmare, but as impatient as we are today, you can't expect expedient service in the early hours, nor expect 'miracles' to occur when you go to the ER. There is a limited staff and Doctors are NOT "Specialists" in all ailments. Their goal is to patch you up as best as they can, eleviate the pain as best they can and refer you to a specialist for continued treatment/pain mgmt....not cure you of all conditions. My issue is minimal compared to the others here, but I couldn't be more pleased with the results. YES...I TOO had to wait for 2+ hrs, but it was well worth it. I also realize that there are other people that the staff and Drs. had to care for. I was also understanding that my condition was not rated as important as compared to others with more severe problems. Maybe that's what impatient, self entitled people should think of when walking into an ER, regardless where you're located. Even though your condition may seem serious to YOU, try being a little more compassionate for others, as their conditions are LIFE THREATENING. Think about that, as one day it could be YOU or a loved one being transported by ambulance! QUESTION: Should... hospital staff care for first come/first serve w/out a non life threatening condition... OR put you on hold when a life threatening patient is wheeled in? Your answer will show what sort of person you are. IMO...Early this morning, I walked into Lehigh Regional feeling like I was a 90 yo, leaving feeling slightly better and after a decent sleep (which I desperately needed), woke up feeling like I was back in my 50's! My pain ALL OVER, was GONE! Back, hips, shoulders, etc.. THANK YOU Lehigh Regional for your compassionate care!“

“I have suffered from Menieres for many years, which affects simple everyday activities such as walking, climbing stairs, bending over, etc. After 8 sessions with Dr. Sharon, my balance and vertigo have greatly improved. I feel more confident taking walks, entering dimly lit buildings such as theaters and restaurants, and I have more confidence when bicycling, especially getting on and off the bicycle. She has a fabulous attitude and keeps the sessions fun yet productive and effective. Thank you, Dr. Sharon!“

“Excellent facility. Professional with a very personalized therapy approach. Great communication and effectively brings the patient into the process. Noticed immediate improvement to my balance and overall ability. Prior to Fitness Quest I had several sessions with a different, larger local provider staffed with mostly disgruntled employees who fell disappointingly short on professionalism as well as overall results. So relieved to have made the switch to Fitness Quest!“
