Alexy the technician came out and installed a new water heater for me in no time. I was contacted by him as soon as I made the request and within hours of approval from my landlord I had a new water heater. Alexy is professional, kind and is very skilled at his craft. I have installed dozens of water heaters in the past and he put me to shame with how fast and good of a job he did. He was respectful of my home, and cleaned up afterwards to make it look like he was never here. If I could give him a higher rating I would. 10 out of 10 I would highly recommend. Thank you
