We have used Mr Cool for all our AC needs. They always do a great job and respond quickly for service calls. I am a Realtor and have also recommended them to my clients and customers. I've never had anything but praise from all. The office staff is also very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend Mr Cool.

They are the best honest and very dependable I have had very bad service from a large company that installed a new unit 6 years ago which I had ALl kinds of problems with in the past three years I’ve used Mr Cool to replace several parts on the unit that the other company installed and still kept having problems so I had Mr cool install a whole new unit on 6/6/25 because I knew I could trust them to install my new unit properly not only do they give great customer service but their prices are very reasonable compared to the big company that I won’t mention their name and their installers are really great people if you have a problem and want a good company you... read full review

drew was excellent. we were comparing prices and agree that Mr Cool has the best deal for us. we will plan to set up an installment of a new AC next week. great customer service with Drew and on the phone ❤️
