Mr B answered my text right away to service my faulty water in our fridge. He sent over his worker William within an hour. William figured out the problem and fixed it quickly. Thank you !
My fridge stopped cooling during the weekend. I called Erwing Saturday morning and he was at my house within 2 hours and was able to fixed my fridge in the spot at an affordable price. Great service!
Needed repair to my oven and he could not be more patient or professional. The oven's construction made repair infuriatingly difficult. If I wasn't witnessing the work done I wouldn't have believed the needless complexity of accessing and replacing the needed part. Mr. B spent hours working on what was supposed to be a simple part replacement, and I was a bit concerned about my bill, but he stuck to his price, fixed the oven, and I am very pleased with the outcome.
