What a friendly place! And Shelby did an amazing job cutting my hair. She really took the time to ask questions, listen and recut to get the perfect length. And the price was great too! Where can you get a shampoo, cut and blow dry from such an experienced stylist for $45?! Update: I can now also vouch for blonding services. A+++

Exactly what I wanted! Tina is an amazing stylist as she listens to her customers. I decided to change my hairdresser. Even though I would express my desires, my previous hairdresser would give me exactly the same thing as before. I am happy I tried Mad Hatter and that I got Tina who came up with a great suggestion for my color and gave me the cut and style I was looking for!

Making an appointment was very easy just call and schedule. When you first walk in you receive a warm greeting from the stylists. The atmosphere is comfortable and the salon is very clean and they are reasonably priced. Rene cut my husband and my sons hair and she does an excellent job. My son has Autism and is very particular about how he wants his hair cut. Rene has a wonderful personality made my sons feel at ease, and his experience fun. My husband is always happy and completely satisfied with his hair cuts. I highly recommend Excellent service ! 👍👍

My husband stopped in for a haircut. WORST EVER! It was uneven, choppy, hair was sticking straight out on the sides. I evened it up with scissors when we got home, but still a hot mess. We've had better at our dog grooming salon!! Thank goodness it will grow out!!!!

I called to ask if any of the stylists had time for a walk in for just a quick haircut. Did not even get a response, I was just immediately hung up on. I've never been to this place before, but was excited to go after reading all the great reviews about how nice the stylists were but... That was the rudest customer service I have ever received.

Carly did a fantastic job on my haircut. I love how my bangs have been lying on my face, something I usually have such a hard time with. Everyone inside made me feel comfortable and appreciated. Wonderful service paired with extremely reasonable prices, I highly recommend.
