Honestly, Reanna’s customer service is textbook. She was able to squeeze me in on my only day off to help fix my hair, even though she already had some plans. I went in for a corrective cut (done by a different stylist) because it just wasn’t what I had asked for; my hair was looking stringy at the ends. I told her I really didn’t need all the extra stuff, I just needed the cut fixed. She had me explain what I wanted, went over my options with the time we had, and cut it exactly how I asked. Reanna takes care of my hair and my daughter’s as well. We both have curly hair and Reanna knows exactly what to do to keep our curls bouncy. Besides being great hairstylist, Reanna is easy to talk to she engages in conversation, if she sees that you need a break from chatting she lets you zone out lol. BTW she is quick, i had some rush type appointments where i requested to be done ASAP, and she always made sure she gets me out of the salon on time! We love Reanna, we go wherever she goes!
I just received the best curly haircut and style. Not only was Raenna sweet but she listens to what you need. She also styled my hair and took her time. I will definitely be going back! She's amazing. I know how difficult to trust someone with curly hair but she does great work!
