To date, I have had my haircut at the Great Clips (106 Hancock Bridge Pkwy W, Ste D14, Cape Coral, FL) 3 times. I am beyond pleased! I love the app which allows me to make a reservation vs. walking in the door. The shop is very clean, nicely appointed, the staff is professional, pleasant and skilled. The price is fantastic. Brandie has cut both my hair and my husbands and is a wizard! Her experience really comes through. Highly recommend both the salon and Brandie.

My 13 year old son is very shy but when talking to people he doesn’t know. His stylist was able to get him to open up and figure out what style he was looking for. By the end of the appointment they were best friends and hood hair looks great!

When when I first arrived Brandy wasn't friendly at all, she was argumentative from the start. And just plain rude.I finally said I don't want you cutting my hair.So Scott took over. He was great all the way around.Customer service skills is something Brandy is lacking. SadIService: Haircut
